By making the purchase, the customer fully accepts these general terms and conditions of sale.
Prices and Payments:
All prices are in Euro and include value-added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods. The charge will be made at the time of purchase.
Delivery:
The delivery times indicated are purely indicative and depend on the availability of the product.
Betinvest srl undertakes to deliver the products within the specified period at the time of purchase. Any delays do not entitle to compensation claims.
Right of Withdrawal:
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to written notice to Betinvest srl.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or tailor-made products.
Returns and Refunds:
In case of return, the customer is required to return the property in the same condition as received, at their own expense.
The refund will be made within 7 working days of receiving the return, excluding shipping costs.
Guarantees and Assistance:
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity.
To request assistance or additional information about the products, the customer can contact Betinvest srl's customer service.
Limitation of Liability:
Betinvest srl shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the purchased products.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by Italian law. In the event of disputes, the competent court shall be the Court of Rome.
By accepting these conditions, the customer declares to have read and accepted them without reservation.
